About Us

Lori has worked in dentistry since 1991. The quote “choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life” represents her job at Arlington Dental Group. She moved to Columbus to be close to her family in 2017, especially her beautiful grandchildren, Adelyn and Grady! She loves spending time with family and friends, the Columbus Zoo, concerts, the Metro parks, summer vacations in Traverse City, and visiting warm sunny beaches.

Tim, originally from Kansas, moved to the Grandview Heights area in 2019. He is newer to the dental industry, however, loves working with people and making patients smile. Tim and his husband enjoy spending time exploring Columbus, going dancing, experiencing the thrills of carnivals, and taking care of their 10-year-old boxer Maverick. When he isn’t working, he is choreographing for dance studios all over the country and judging national dance competitions. Tim is always ready to discuss anything Kansas related especially the Jayhawks, his “carnie” family and how he can help make your day at Arlington Dental Group.

Shannon brings our patients 15 years of dental management experience. She loves helping others achieve their health goals, getting to know them as well as being part of such a loving dental community! She and her husband Brian love going on adventures and exploring new places! they just welcomed twin girls Adelyn and Emersyn. Her other hobbies are wineries, painting, cooking and teaching. Shannon also has a Goldendoodle, Dublin who keeps her active and busy.

Autumn comes to us with over 5 years of Treatment Experience! She had previously been a medical assistant which she obtained in 2012. When she's not in the dental office , Autumn enjoys activities with her church, hiking, and running a small business making and selling small crochet crafts.

Kristen began her career in dentistry 2009. She attended the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant program at Ohio State and completed it in August 2016. She is also licensed to place fillings. Kristen loves helping patients with their dental needs and working alongside her colleagues. They are like family to her! Outside of dentistry, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and hanging with family and friends. She loves to travel and tries to visit at least one new place every year. 

Kat began her career as a dental assistant in 2021, by graduating from an accredited assisting program here in Columbus. She is passionate about providing a comfortable and educational experience for patients. She takes pride in working along side such amazing providers in a top-notch dental practice. Outside of dentistry, Kat enjoys spending time with her family and her cat.

Kristen began her career in dentistry in 2014 after becoming a combat medic specializing in dentistry through the United States Navy. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in psychology. Kristen is a Myofunction therapist with certifications from Myobrace, AOMT, and Sarah K. Hornsby, and specializes in TMj disorders and OSA. Kristen enjoys branching dentistry and medical together to give patients full body health care. In her free time Kristen enjoys traveling with her husband, camping, DIY projects, and concerts.

Chelsea has been practicing hygiene for almost 10 year! Sine then she's continued to follow her curiosity for complete wellness. She is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, and through that exploration has become passionate about breathwork, meditation and body awareness. Taking this comprehensive knowledge of the body and energy to serve and connect with her patients. Patient Education and behavior modification are the ways she loves to connect and serve her community.

Ruth is originally from Peru and has lived in Columbus Ohio for most of her life! In 2014, she graduated from OSU Dental Hygiene program. SHe loves being a part of a team that provides a high level of care and is on the cutting edge of technology. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of achieving optimal oral health.

Trudy has been with Arlington Dental Group since 2005. She loves taking care of and empowering patients to make healthy choices. When she is not at the office, she can be found spending time with her husband and their two children. They enjoy taking walks around their hometown, Powell, and playing with their pet-children, Ruby, their dog and their cat, Nova. She also enjoys spending time with friends, camping and being outside, and going to concerts.
